Edú marks the start of a new adventure for Edouard Giribone. The Marseille chef of the bistrot d'Édouard, of La Relève and of the Gaspard cocktail bar has chosen to set up his new restaurant in a former nursery in Saint-Remy-de-Provence, carefully decorated by his mother Annick Lestrohan, creator of Honoré. You will be just as comfortable around the pond, in the shade of the cypress trees under the planted arbours.
